Apple is reportedly naming macOS 26 after California's Lake Tahoe to signify a redesign. The next macOS is expected to be macOS 26, but Apple is changing its naming scheme for operating system updates. Everything coming out in 2025 will be numbered with a “26” to reflect its release season, covering the period between September 2025 and September 2026. We're getting macOS 26, iOS 26, iPadOS 26, tvOS 26, watchOS 26, and visionOS 26. #macOS26 #LakeTahoe 💻
