Sebastian Majtczak, the driver wanted for his alleged involvement in the fatal A1 highway crash near Piotrków Trybunalski on September 16, 2023, has been arrested in Dubai. According to reports, Majtczak, driving a BMW, was traveling at over 250 km/h when the vehicle impacted the KIA, resulting in the death of a family. Polish authorities, including Tomasz Siemoniak, head of MSWiA, have confirmed the arrest and are working diligently to extradite Majtczak back to Poland to face justice.
